A few years ago I reached a breaking point...

After years of constant stress and anxiety, my body forced me to pay attention. One day while driving to work, my chest tightened, my breathing became shallow, and my arm went numb.

In that moment I knew something had to change. So I started exploring.

Through meditation, breathwork, movement, and music I discovered something powerful:

The nervous system can be trained.

Today I guide others in learning the practices that helped me build resilience, find clarity, and change the way I experience stress.
